DUBROVNIK

Not so many towns can boast of harmony and beauty as Dubrovnik can. The town under Srd, the town that remains for ever in the hearts of those who once see it.
There are more and more admirers of Dubrovnik; more and more of those who enjoy the sights, who are fond of atmosphere. And the atmosphere is real Dubrovnik.

 SRÐ

The Fort Imperial, built in 1808, offers the most beautiful panoramic view of the city. From here the part of Pelješac, of Mljet and Korcula on the west and Župa, Konavle and Cavtat on the east can be seen. But especially Dubrovnik, Lokrum, Gruž, Lapad, and the Elafiti islands: Daksa, Kolocep, St. Andrew, Lopud, Ruda, Šipan, Jakljan, Tajan and Olipa. There is a road from the settlement of Donji Brgat to the top of the hill Srd. By the road there are pine and oak woods, that are very rare along our coast.

GRUŽ

Gruž is the traffic heart of Dubrovnik with its port, custom-house and the bus station. Also there is a big and vivacious market-place here so as many shops and banks. 

LAPAD

Between Gruž, Grad (the old town) and the open sea there is the peninsula of Lapad, covered with dense greenery with beautiful buildings and modern hotels.. Almost all hotels are situated here. In front of the hill Petka there are reefs with the lighthouse.
